Sam Foster, Director - Operations Manager

Sam is the creative brains behind our company. His hands-on leadership and innovative thinking in design and delivery brings about effective and efficient processes. Never far from the core of the business, Sam has a balanced understanding of what we, Monash Electrical Maintenance, are all about.

Peter Condon, Director - Service Manager

After 35+ years in the game, Pete still loves to get his hands dirty. Peter's experience and knowledge in Commercial Maintenance and service delivery are truly exceptional. His leadership and hands-on approach across our Services Team helps us in delivering 100% to our clients.

Lois - Office Administrator

The Backbone in our Team, Lois has done it all, Certificate 4 in OHS, Taxation Consultant, Diploma of Business. Lois has a clear understanding of our core business structure, values and level of service we deliver. She is currently implementing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across our company. She holds all the keys and is truly a great asset to our team. Everyone needs a Lois!

Simon - Industrial Specialist

Simon’s 37 years as an A Class Electrician in the industry is an asset in Monash Electrical Maintenance delivery and day to day operations. He has a high understanding of complexity, technical expertise and risk associated with the delivery of projects. His greatest strengths are fault finding, PLC and motor control.

Ben - Commercial Specialist

A background in large scale Projects, Ben has extensive knowledge in the commercial services industry. Ben enjoys the larger scale projects where he can manage time efficiencies and job progression.

Daniel B - Commercial Specialist

Daniel, a 4th year apprentice with over 3 years working with Monash Electrical Maintenance. Daniel's work ethic and his dedication are second to none. Always consistent in his approach and delivery of service, Daniel's always keen to get on with the job.

Sargon - Commercial Specialist

Conducting his studies in New Zealand, Sargon thinks outside the box, accredited as an Electrical Inspector. Sargon has a strong electrical knowledge and an attention to detail.

Stephen - Commercial Specialist

Stephen bestows 27 years of Electrical experience, trained as an A Class Electrician, HV Operator and EEHA Inspector. Stephen is a wealth of overall knowledge. Recent works include completion of a 600 bed Nursing home, WestConnex M4 Tunnel (Sydney) and extensions to the M4 Motorway. Stephen’s duties include programming VSD, electrical installation and commissioning, statutory maintenance delivery and carry out diagnostic fault finding.

Nick - Apprentice Electrician

Nick started his apprenticeship with Monash Electrical Maintenance 2 years ago and has gained extensive knowledge. He enjoys working with A Class Electricians and has a keen eye on control wiring.

Nathan - Apprentice Electrician

Nathan has hit the ground running as a new Team Member to MEM. A Second Year Apprentice with a strong work ethic, Nathan enjoys working with the Team on different jobs daily.
